The preview is illustrative, not a product login. It cannot send messages, publish galleries, charge money, or store the sample activity.
Accept an owner invitation, then configure a private workspace with branding, operating choices, members, and approved destinations.
New workspaces are owner-invited into the isolated production service. Visiting the public site never creates product access.
Plan and oversee work from the Manager app, then give the field team a focused mobile view for the exact job or event in front of them.
Both experiences use the same current work record. The operations center keeps assignments, blockers, communication, and next actions visible without creating a second version of the job.
Use Plus AI assistance to ask about customers, visits, assignments, service requests, and events, then review the answer and its source links.
Available to approved Plus workspaces after the owner accepts the AI consent. It is read-only: it does not change schedules, assignments, or customer records on its own.
Build a repeatable plan for appointments, mobile services, community programs, cleanups, portraits, staffed events, and other field work.
Templates provide a starting structure while the provider or manager retains control of the final plan.
Create a finite series of daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly visits while keeping each occurrence visible as its own ordinary job.
Managers preview and deliberately schedule the series. Each visit remains visible on its own, and a conflict stops the series instead of hiding a problem.
Prepare a bounded daily route or replacement-coverage proposal, review the tradeoffs, then publish the approved result to Calendar and Field.
Available to approved Plus workspaces with owner consent and usage limits. Every proposal requires manager review. Real customer route verification is still expanding, so route estimates are not guaranteed arrival times.
Offer a schedule change for customer review, preserve the original commitment until it is accepted, and record phone or in-person agreement when appropriate.
Approved tests include recurring visits, arrival windows, visible delivery state, and required customer notice for late arrivals. CaptureBeacon does not silently reschedule work.
Set working days, hours, breaks, service duration, spacing, and timezone, then let clients choose only times that are actually available.
Controlled appointment and portrait scheduling is being verified inside approved workflows. Broader service scheduling, customer deposits, and customer service-payment checkout are not active public offerings.
Let someone nominate themselves, a family, a pet, or another subject through a photographer-specific form for private review.
Photography owners opt in. A nomination does not reserve a session, request event coverage, or automatically contact the nominee. The main CaptureBeacon website does not collect nominations.
Assign a job to the exact field team member or shared crew, show today’s work on a phone, and capture arrival, status, checklist results, customer notes, private notes, and manager help in one record.
Approved workspaces can use arrival windows, directions, optional On My Way alerts, shared-crew assignments, site-lead sign-off, and checklist history.
Assign exact jobs or events, set start times, collect attendance responses, share final briefs, and keep replacement decisions visible.
Field workers and specialists receive role-limited access to their assigned work. Reminder and emergency workflows retain a delivery and decision record.
Send an exact-account invitation, explain the person’s responsibilities, and guide owners, managers, specialists, and field operators to the work meant for them.
Onboarding can be resumed, records the current agreement, and does not reveal other jobs, customers, or manager controls to a field operator.
Use field checklists, arrivals, assigned stations or service tasks, status updates, customer context, and help requests where the work happens.
Photography jobs can add Photo Hubs, capture windows, and an auditable camera-synchronization check. Offline-aware timing and ordered synchronization remain under controlled multi-device verification.
Take or choose photos on a phone, preview the customer update, and deliberately share it through the device’s message or email choices.
CaptureBeacon does not upload or keep these selected photos. Closing the page clears the selection. Temporary CaptureBeacon-owned evidence storage is only being evaluated and has not been activated.
Provide printable workspace, event, and Photo Hub QR signs, portrait timing, arrival guidance, and participant-facing actions without exposing the private workspace.
A manager can also switch the current device to a protected client screen and return with a temporary PIN. Age and guardian safeguards follow the event’s actual audience.
Keep public event details and gallery interest connected to the private CaptureBeacon event record while sending portrait registration into the correct participant flow.
Event and QR links now use one canonical participant page. Advance portrait appointments stay separate from the live walk-in queue, hybrid portrait service is explicitly enabled, and a closed event can still collect gallery-interest requests until it is archived.
Track RAW receipt, photographer edits, finished JPEGs, corrections, approval, external gallery publication, private portrait delivery, and follow-up.
Gallery publication stays unavailable until photography is marked complete. CaptureBeacon stores milestones, secure approved links, and delivery history—not photograph files; the selected outside provider holds the files.
Preserve status, counts, dates, assignments, delivery evidence, exports, archive records, and recovery information.
Export safety, recovery, audit continuity, and duplicate-prevention checks are part of the release gate.
Keep each workspace’s identity, people, events, permissions, destinations, and reporting history isolated.
Each approved company receives its own workspace. Invitations and roles are scoped so field workers do not receive owner-wide access.
Let a customer confirm the work, report something missing, or request additional support from the completion message.
This is private operational feedback tied to the work—not a public review or marketing request.
Keep a live, workspace-only board for unscheduled arrivals without exposing the customer list publicly.
The walk-in board is part of the controlled production release and follows the same workspace isolation rules as scheduled work.
Use the work record to send confirmations, completion messages, and private feedback links with a delivery history.
Email is configured for the invite-only production service. Recurring marketing email is not enabled automatically.
Send future appointment or job messages only after clear consent and with a recorded stop path.
Consent, opt-out, delivery-report, and isolated transport controls are prepared, but no texting provider or paid SMS service is active.
Let a designated manager accept, tentatively accept, or decline a pending appointment from a private calendar invitation.
Calendar export and synchronization remain useful, but approval responses are being redesigned inside the consolidated CaptureBeacon workflow. This is not an active production offering.

Approved owners use secure checkout before workspace creation. Applying and review are free. Processing fees are included, applicable tax is shown separately, and Plus has fixed monthly allowances without automatic overage charges.
