Who operates CaptureBeacon
CaptureBeacon is currently a program of Frames of Service Foundation. This policy covers the public website, public forms, SMS consent pages, and approved CaptureBeacon workspaces.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, CaptureBeacon may collect contact information, workspace identity, event or service details, appointment information, team assignments, status and checklist records, approved external links, completion history, support messages, and audit events. Public inquiry forms may collect the information you choose to submit and a submission reference.
SMS consent and mobile information
When you opt in to transactional text messages, CaptureBeacon keeps the mobile number, consent source, disclosure version, consent time, and any optional booking or service reference. We use this information only for booking and service confirmations or updates, consent administration, opt-out handling, and required compliance records.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to communications and infrastructure providers only as necessary to deliver requested messages, maintain the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
How information is used
Information is used to review access requests, create and protect approved workspaces, schedule and coordinate work, deliver requested operational communications, maintain history, respond to support, enforce permissions, detect misuse, and satisfy legal or provider requirements. CaptureBeacon does not use SMS consent for promotional or recurring marketing messages.
Photograph files
CaptureBeacon is designed to store operational milestones and approved links—not photograph files. Selected mobile-job photos stay on the device until deliberately shared through an outside app. Galleries and stored photograph files remain with the user’s chosen provider, subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
Sharing and service providers
CaptureBeacon may use carefully selected infrastructure, communications, identity, email, calendar, hosting, and storage providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for that function and are not authorized by CaptureBeacon to use SMS consent information for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people, rights, and service security.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the workflow, audit continuity, consent evidence, support, safety, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Administrative, workspace, and participant views are separated by role and approved access. No system can guarantee absolute security, but isolation and evidence-driven release checks are core requirements.
Your choices
You may decline website SMS consent by leaving the checkbox unselected. After opting in, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You may also contact CaptureBeacon to ask about, correct, export, or delete information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legal or security reasons.
Children and participant information
Public pages should not expose private participant information. Event organizers and workspace owners are responsible for obtaining required parent or guardian permission when minors participate. The public website is not intended to collect information directly from a child without appropriate authorization.
